Description
As an IT Support Specialist, you will assist clients remotely with resolving technical issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across various environments.
You’ll be the first point of contact for support inquiries, offering quick and efficient resolutions while documenting processes and contributing to the improvement of support protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical assistance to clients via chat, email, or phone
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
- Maintain logs and create user guides for recurring issues
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Solid understanding of Windows, MacOS, and networking basics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Passion for technology and helping others
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Friendly and professional attitude
Educational Requirements
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a technical support role.
Working Hours
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Weekly: 5 days.
- Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.
